Privacy policy

The short version

We collect information for exactly one purpose: connecting you with independent local pest control companies. We don't run ad trackers, we don't sell data, and we don't use cookies for analytics.

What we collect

• Phone calls. The number on this site is a call tracking number that forwards to an independent local pest control company. The tracking service logs call metadata (your number, time, duration) so we can measure referrals; calls may be recorded for quality where permitted by law, with any required notice given on the call.
• Contact form. Name, phone number, ZIP code, and your description, submitted only when you press send and only with your explicit consent to be contacted by phone.
• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-less and doesn't track you across sites. We see aggregate page views, not profiles.

Who it's shared with

Call details and form submissions are shared with the independent local pest control company that takes your call or request, so they can respond to it — that's the service this site exists to perform. Infrastructure providers (Cloudflare for hosting and analytics, our call tracking and email delivery vendors) process data on our behalf. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Retention and your choices

Form submissions and call logs are kept only as long as needed to manage referrals and our business records. To have your details deleted, get a copy of what we hold, or correct something, contact us via the contact page and we'll handle it.

Scope

This policy covers bedbugexterminationspringfield.com only, not the pest control companies' own privacy practices or any third-party site we link to (government and university sources, mostly). This site isn't directed at children under 13 and doesn't knowingly collect their information.
